Tracy Emanuel-Pearson – Counsellor

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Counselling of which I graduated from an accredited course within UCLAN in 2010. Currently I have a small private practice which I run from home but I am also happy to see clients at Apple seeds Health store in Ulverston Cumbria.

As a Professional Therapist I will always offer you a friendly, non-judgmental and safe service that gives you a one to one confidential experience as unique individual and a space where you can talk freely and openly about what it is that has brought you to this point in your life.

Some of the reasons you may seek support…

  • Things might not make much sense anymore, you may feel overwhelmed this could be personally, within work, peer pressure, home life or just life in general.
  • You may be suffering from Depression or Anxiety, not sleeping.
  • Feeling you cant get past an illness, or the death of or someone close to you.
  • Addictions/unhelpful coping mechanisms that you would like to stop.
  • Relationship issues from the past or present.
  • Covid related issues/Death of a loved one/illness following
  • Domestic Violence/Rape and abuse

These are just a few examples I have given, but talking on a level to someone who listens and understands you can be a welcome relief from the feelings of  isolation or pain you can experience from struggling to cope alone.

Initially, we can chat via email or by phone 07904 466607 briefly and then meet or zoom for an informal session. This intro offers us a way for us to see if we would like to work together before any counselling begins.

Sessions could be held on a regular, or part-time basis within a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can work together.

Therapy could be short-term, or long-term, depending on your needs, each person is individual to that person.

Discussion of  fees, times and anything else you feel is important to you as a client and me as your therapist can be covered in the initial call.

I believe the power to change, or cope can always be possible with awareness and understanding from others, if you are prepared to put in the hard work and determination.

Change can offer you rewarding empowerment and help you regain control over your life again with whatever it is that holds you back or limits your choices.

By working together with a therapist you could move forward with more confidence in your abilities to achieve a happier balanced life and a new understanding of your self and others around you.
