Directions for use

Using the scoop provided, simply dissolve 1 heaped scoopful into a glass of water (or 1½ heaped teaspoon if you don't have a scoop). For best results take away from food, before bedtime. One serving per day needed. Do not exceed the recommended intake unless advised by a healthcare professional.

To be used daily, Flexicoll™ Platinum is a powder that you mix with water into a drink. Some of our customers prefer to take their Flexicoll™ Platinum in the morning. This is fine, however we recommend taking it at night, as this is when your body is relaxed and naturally repairing. We also recommend taking it away from food to ensure optimum absorption.
Flexicoll™ Platinum is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, it should be taken in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.
