Directions for use

Using the scoop provided, simply dissolve 1 heaped scoopful into a glass of water (or 1½ heaped teaspoon if you don't have a scoop). For best results take away from food, before bedtime. One serving per day needed. Do not exceed the recommended intake unless advised by a healthcare professional.

To be used daily, Flexicoll™ is a powder that when mixed with water makes a flavour free drink. So, you can add Flexicoll™ to any drink of your choice. Some of our customers prefer to take their Flexicoll™ in their morning coffee, or smoothie. This is fine, however we recommend taking it at night, as this is when your body is relaxed and naturally repairing. We also recommend taking it away from food to ensure optimum absorption.
Flexicoll™ is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, it should be taken in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.
