Ingredients

Dimagnesium malate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegicapsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), vegetable stearic acid (anti-caking agent)
Directions

Take one to two capsules, one to two times daily with a glass of water, before a meal
Maximum eight capsules per day unless otherwise advised
Not suitable for children under age four years. Child dosage information available
Capsule can be opened and sprinkled on to food if desired, but efficacy may be diminished
